Bill has spent the last 26 plus years of his career successfully constructing over $200 million in projects. He is involved in every step of a project from the pre-construction process to job completion. He is a results-driven professional with outstanding success in the industry.
Bill is always accessible to the client and skilled at providing value engineering and cost-saving solutions.

MARGIE BUTLER – ACCOUNTING/CONTROLLER
RHONDA RANKINS – ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
WILBUR MARTINEZ – GENERAL SUPERINTENDANT/PRINCIPAL
Wilbur is responsible for all field operations. He has worked alongside Bill for over 27 years, completing more than $ 250 million in construction projects. Also in his skill set is 22 years of installing helical anchors. He is a production and schedule-driven leader with quality and safety at the forefront.
JORDAN VOICA – ESTIMATION/PROJECT COORDINATION
Jordan prepares bid proposals by gathering wall construction quantities and material quotes. He is also a FAA certified drone pilot and provides up-to-date job site pictures. He is responsible for assisting the Project Managers on job sites whenever needed.
NICK CARTER – SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Nick manages all helical anchor installations ranging from temporary shoring, soil nails, pull down piles, deep foundations and uplift applications. With over 23 years as a Certified Helical Anchor Specialist there are not too many wall or anchor situations Nick has not worked on or come across.
